Not even sure
Walked in the kitchen and this is what Bryant was upto. Not sure what to say, he is just silly and is always messing with something. The best part is when he got stuck!
Daddy kill a turkey
Bryant was so excited when Charles killed a turkey. He kept walking around saying "daddy killed a turkey" Pretty soon Charles will be able to take him and he will love it!
Army Move
Emma started crawling around the 9 month mark, but not exacty the proper way. She is a little army crawler and has remained that way for a month. She gets where she needs to go and moves pretty quickly! This age is so much fun and she is such a blessing.

Some Fishing Time
We loaded up and took the kids fishing one afternoon. The fish were not biting and Bryant and Lucy Kate lost interest but it was such a beautiful day. Got some great pics of the kids though!

Sweet Rut Rut (aka Rutledge)
He is so precious
Sweet Courtney
Courtney works and travels all about but we love when she stops by. It is always crazy at our house so we put her to work. Here she is keeping Emma happy so I could finish cooking!
Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss
The kids celebrated Dr. Seuss birthday at the end of March instead of his actually birthday! We had to dress the part and of course send a yummy treat. Could not find Bryant's shirt but we made do and the cupcakes were a little messed up when we woke up that morning, but nothing we could not fix. They turned out so cute and the kids loved it!
Just Hanging Out
Emma is so happy now and loves to play in the floor!
Bryant busy drawing
My little cook, she is too cute in the kitchen
Some friends had to get rid of this kitchen due to lack of space and we
were the lucky ones that got it! They love it seeing as to how it is a major
upgrade from the small plastic kitchen they had.
Vegetable Parade
This was such a fun activity and Kammy and I got pretty creative with it. Bryant has an eggplant car with corn wheels and a radish for a man. Lucy kate had a cucumber ballarina with a kale tutu, green bean arms, and a bellpepper stem hat! It was cute and they had so much fun with it at school. We just love all the cute things that Mrs. Mona and Mrs, Teressa do with the kids.
Plumbing Problems
The beginning of March we found ourselves being admitted to the hospital. Bryant has a severe UTI and after taking oral meds and receiving a shot his fever would not go down. He had to spend two nights in the hospital with IV antibiotics and finally his fever went away. His first UTI occurred about 11 months prior to this and since then he has had three more. Very unusual for boys to have so much trouble with this, so we were sent to LeBonheur for a VCUG test. Mom and I took all th kids and we were not prepared for it at all. The test was awful and extremely uncomfortable for him and apparently he was allergic to the dye, b/c he got VERY sick on the way home. We were just glad we finally made it home! We met with the urologist the following week and discussed what needed to be done. Bryant has a disorder called VUR and it cause back flow of the the urine into his kidney. He is a level 2/3 and needs to have a procedure done to correct the problem and hopefully reduce the chance of any long term damage being done to the right kidney. The procedure has a 90% success rate and hopefully will keep us from having major surgery. The procedure will be May 10th and we will know if it was successful July 10th. We just want to get all these problems worked out before school starts back in August. The disorder causes so many problems with going to the restroom and we just want it to be resolved.

Camping??
Not so much for the kids but Charles is all into it. He loves to turkey hunt and goes camping for the weekend when he has the chance so he can be in the perfect spot! The kids were so excited about the tent so he set it up in the house for them.

Down on the Farm
So amazing that Bryant and Lucy Kate turned 3 on March 19th and we were able to celebrate with a great party on the 19th! Truth be told I love to plan a party and I always set out for way more than I am capable of, but I am always so happy with the results. This year we decided to have the Johnson County Fair with games, a petting zoo, train rides and concession stand! We had the party in Lula and the weather was perfect (with the exception of the wind). I was not able to set things up exactly as I wanted but it was good enough for everyone to enjoy. So many people were such a big help and so many people were able to come celebrate with us. The kids had the best time and loved every minute of it! God is so amazing and I don't remember a time in my life without these precious angels.
