Around 4 months

Emma was 4 months old on October 26th! It goes by so fast and she is so precious to us. She had her four month shots, weighed in at 12 pounds 6 ounces, has started eating cereal and loves it. She has a great schedule during the day that includes two naps that are 2 to 3 hours long! She goes to bed between 6 and 6:30 and wakes up once during the night. I thought she would be sleeping all night by now, but she apparently does that feel that is necessary. Some nights are a little harder than others, because she will stay awake with a belly ache. Spitting up is a bit of a problem for her. She loves bath time, her exersaucer, watching Lucy Kate and Bryant play, and having someone hold her all the time. She is so spoiled and I have learned many new tricks to get things done around here with her on my side and the twins all over the place.

Mickey's Roadshow

We had a great time with Betsy, Lilli, Andrea and Madelyn when we headed to Memphis to see Mikey's Roadshow. We don't get to see each other much but when we do it is so much fun. We did a little shopping, enjoyed the show, and had a big sleepover. The kids were great and we are looking forward to getting together again soon.

Halloween Shindig

This was our 2nd annual Johnson Halloween Shindig!! It was great and the kids had so much fun. With the addition of Emma I was last minute with the party and the day was crazy, but it all worked out. Everyone had a great time painting pumpkins, playing, riding on the hayride and trick-or-treating. We set up to make smores but just did not get to it, maybe next year. The costumes were great and the weather was perfect! It was such a rush that the next day I got my crew to dress-up again and we pretended to trick-or-treat so I could get some pics.
Everyone enjoying pumpkin painting
Headed to see John and Val for some candy
Not that great of a picture, but I was a butterfly, Charles was a bugman, and Emma was a ladybug. So much fun to dress-up together!

Of course Kammy and Papa D had to see them all dressed up

Love the cheeks on that little ladybug!

Yes, he ate a pack of m&m's and most of the package too

The hayride was great but the neighborhood was so busy we could barely move around

Roasting Fun

We cook weekly with the Livelys and one night we roasted marshmallows! We had so much fun and the kids were so into it. So great to have such good friends and kids so close in age.

Yummy Yummy

Emma was months old in October so we started cereal. She LOVES it!!! Of course Bryant and Lucy Kate had to get up close and personal to see what she was eating.

T--R--O--U--B--L--E

Bryant is something else and keeps me on my toes all day everyday! Sometimes I am able to grab the camera and snap some pictures of the things he gets into. To think that he was born so early and small and had so many medical issues is unbelievable when I look at him now. He is all boy, doesn't listen to a word I say and nothing phases him. This first picture is what I found him playing with during nap time better known as "Playtime" for Bryant. He had his bible, dog, and a random sock stuck to a glue board. The bug man thought they would be okay under the dresser, yeah right!
Sticky situation

Emptied the dresser and destroyed his bed one day during nap

Took off his clothes and had his shirt pulled over his head, yes during nap.

Found a bucket and wore it around the house

Bored with the dresser so he destroyed the closet. Usually he is unable to get in the closet but he managed to tear one of the doors off so we were unable to keep him out until we finally replaced the doors.

Wore himself out destroying his room and fell asleep in the chair.

Cheese momma!

Carrie!!!!!!

Love Love Love Carrie Underwood and when Courtney found tickets I was thrilled. The end of October we headed to Memphis, grabbed something to eat on Beale and went to see Carrie in concert. She put on a great show and we had a great time!
